Oshmari – Cornflour dish

Oshmari ( a dish with the base of cornflour) is a very simple, hearty breakfast dish that reminds the old winter weekends. Super simple and perfect for families. It is a good, healthy way to start the day.

The Ingredients

2 tablespoons of butter

50 grams of minced white cheese

500 milliliters of milk

250 milliliters of water

2 teacups of Cornflour

Salt and pepper

 

Preparations

Put a deep pot on medium heat and add the butter.

Add shredded cheese into the pot.  

Give a good old steer and add to the party the glass of water and milk.

On medium-high heat leave the pot to boil for very few minutes. At the moment it starts to bubble continue by adding the cornflour. Keep steering up to a homogeneous mass.

Remove it from the heat and leave it to cool down few minutes.

Serve it with some white cheese on top or a tablespoon of good honey to upgrade the flavor! And that is a cornflour dish (Oshmari) for you.
