Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, the following payment schedule applies:

• 50% deposit at the time of booking: A 50% deposit is required when you make your reservation. Your booking will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Remaining 50% payment: The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the scheduled departure date.

Please note that a booking confirmation does not necessarily mean that the tour itself has been confirmed to operate. Tour confirmation is subject to the minimum number of participants being reached as outlined in each tour.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies according to the number of days remaining before your scheduled departure:

• 10 or more days before departure: You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
• 7–9 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• 0–6 days before departure: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 days of departure.

The cancellation period is calculated based on the scheduled departure date of the tour. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the payment, cancellation, minimum group size, and tour confirmation terms outlined above.
