It was very easy to get in touch with, just contact the number through what's up or call, and the company will... read more arrange everything for you. The person was very nice, he even bought a baby seat for our daughter. The driver  (Kevi) drives really good, doesn't take any risk on the road, we didn't feel the 5 hours of driving at all. They speak English really good, it was a nice discussion during all the way.  Punctuality was also very good, we agreed to be picked up at 9:30,the driver was there exactly on time.
