Also,  she personally followed up with us within  the tour to make sure everythingwas working out. Tour as promised gives a glimpse of four amazing countries in the Balkans. Daniel (our driver/guide) made sure tour was going as planned. Hotels were overall very nice, some more central then others, but all walking distance from the main city squares. Our guide Endri really made our experience perfect. He went above and beyond to really show us and tell us about the highlights of the area. He was fun (and funny) and engaging and always there to help. The main hike was a good challenge. The guesthouses were really nice and the food was exceptional. The logistics were smooth and the hotel pickup and drop off were appreciated. Marsia at the office was very responsive and helpful. We also liked our driver Kledi on Day 1. Fun music in the car! Highly recommend this tour if you want to be active and get out of the city and into a gorgeous part of the country.

Everything was great, from my very first communication with Marsia from the office, to meeting our guide, Dorian, and driver, Kledi, and finally saying goodbye. The whole trip was very well organised, with excellent transport and beautiful, high-quality accommodation. The entire team was professional, kind, helpful, and fun to be around. Dorian was especially attentive to me as I was a little slower on the slopes. He was incredibly patient and understanding, always happy to share tips and advice. There was also plenty of laughter along the way, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable! It was a wonderful trip from beginning to end. I hope we’ll stay in touch! Mi familia de 4 adultos contratamos sus servicios para un tour privado de 5 dias desde Tirana pasando por Kosovo , Macedonia del Norte y Albania..Desde el primer momento que contactamos con RISERD de GO AS LOCAL fue muy profesional y atento pues casi de inmediato respondia a nuestros emails or whatsaaps aconsejandonos sobre el itinerario , lugares de interes o restaurantes .El chofer- guia , Engjells que nos acompaño  durante los 5 dias fue un excelente profesional y guia de los lugares de interes con un  excelente ingles .Siempre muy atento y puntual e incluso cuando sufrimos una pequeña averia con el cambio automatico del vehiculo ( se soluciono con un reseteo del auto) por las dudas de que fuera algo mas grave decidieron cambiarnos el auto por uno mejor .Quedamos muy contentos tanto por el trato , la profesionalidad y la buena relacion de calidad- precio que nos ofrecieron.Sin duda repetiremos .
