Simple Steeps for preparing this Simple Albanian Desserts:
1. Pre warm the oven at 200 degrees C.
2. Prepare the Syrup through boiling the water and sugar with the lemon slice, prevented the juice turning sugary. (as a flavor, may be cinnamon or vanilla)
3. In another pot mix the eggs,1 tbs of sugar and melted butter.
4. Start adding flour. Around 8 tbs are needed. (soft dough)
5 when the dough is aolmost done mix the baking powder
5. When the mass is all uniform divide in round cookies.
6. Place a walnuts in the middle of the cookies.
7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
8. After removing it from the stove, pour the warm syrup and let it sit for more than 10minutes.
Ingredients
3 Eggs (2 egg yolks and one hole egg )
1 table spoon sugar
100 ml butter
flour (around 8 spoons with flour ,needed a soft dough )
baking powder (8gr,a tea spoon)
Surup ingredients
1 glass and a half with sugar
1 glass with water
as a flavor may be a tea spoon of cinnamon or vanilla
