   Can't say enough for this tour and Andi our tour guide. Within three days you can experience a boat trip that will make you think you're traveling through a beautiful... read more fjord with high peeks and beautiful clean water. Then you will enter the magic valley of Valbona. Circled by stunningly high mountains with snow covered peaks. Lodging is in typical houses of the region called "bujtina". There you will find amazing hospitality from everyone in the village. The food is excellent and I invite you to taste everything the region offers. There's a "short" hike that will introduce you to the area and prepare you for the next day "big" hike. Andi the consumate professional will make his best to show you the best the area offers while in the same time you will get in shape for the next day. The next day is the big hike. It's about 18 km or 12 miles. The hike is moderate with some parts that are quiet steep. One advice I'd give you is to travel as light as possible and bring walking sticks. You will be able to walk through some amazing views that you will remember forever. Next stop is Theth. Two regions that are really close but gastronomically so different. This area has so kuch to offer and Andi will make sure that you enjoy everything. Next day you'll enjoy the magnificent views of Grunas Watwrfall and dive in Medieval Albanian Customs. Andi knows and details everything and will make you think you're actually living in that time. 
 Last things I'll reserve for our tour guy, Andi. He had everything organized to the detail. I can just say that we left Tirana with a tour guy and we returned with a new friend. Thanks for everything.

During this Day Tour from Tirana we will visit two of the biggest vineyards in Albania, unique for their Authentic Albanian Products. in each of the visits, we will have the chance to walk through all the departments and getting introduced to their history and experience in wine production. What to Expect

In this trip, we will travel in different regions of Albania and taste two of the best-known grapes and wines varieties in the Albanian wine-producing culture.

Starting with the region of Miredita, we will explore more about the “Kallmet” grape, a famous wine documented also at the Vatican.

In addition, we will explore more about the Two varieties of “Sheshi”, an Albanian variety that we find in the southern parts of the country.

Dedicated Tour of the Winery, cellars, departments and the history in each of the winery to conclude with wine, raki tasting, and local appetizers.

Visit 1"ARBERI" Winery - Miredita Region

Leaving Tirana behind, we will head toward the North of Albania in a Region where wine has been an important part of everyday life and gastronomy. Miredita is known as the Catholic Region of Albania, and the “Kallmet” Wine has been part of the wines in the Vatican as well. We will visit the “ARBERI” Winery which is the biggest Albanian Wine Producer and Exporter Winery in Albania. With 3 Authentic Wines and Raki they have been keeping a very high standard quality from 2002. Visit on the 5 Sectors of the Winery and Product Tasting in One Wine and Raki. Possibility to purchase aged products from the winery.

Visit 2KOKOMANI Winery - Durresi Region

Located into soft hills between Tirana and Durres, this winery is one of the best quality keepers and representatives of the Albanian Variety of “Shesh”. Situated into ancients Olive Trees and characterized by a Mediterranean climate, their spot offers a relaxing place far from the busy capital. Visit on the Farm, Winery Department and Wine Tasting with a taste of local appetizers. A different taste of wines and techniques from a region with different traditions, cultures, and religions. Mainly known as Greek Orthodox they also produce a wine dedicated to Saint Michail, known as “Shen Mehilli”
