Join us on a two-day tour of the best of North Macedonia and Kosovo. Visiting Ohrid and Skopje in North Macedonia two of the most important city, the first one being the country’s capital and Ohrid “The Jerusalem of the Balkans”. The visit to Kosovo, the youngest country in the world, is mainly dedicated to the History, Local Culture, and Heritage of the two most important cities of Kosovo, Pristina, and Prizren. It is where local Albanian Culture is fused with Orthodox and Muslim influence for centuries.
The best 3 days during my stay in Albania.
Very well organized tour, warm-hearted and knowledgeable guide. They take all your personal preferences into consideration and super... read more caring.
Amazing nature sceneries without crowded visitors in comparison with some popular destinations.
Clean and authentic guesthouse, people are extremely kind in the mountain area.
Vegetables are super fresh. If you’re into taste local food, it’s also an great tour for food.
If you’re a picky eater, suggest bring some snacks with yourself and don’t over pack.
The weather in the evening might be a bit chilling but was one of the must do in Albania.
Definitely recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Andi and Go as Local. I took the day trip to Prizren from Tirana. I have taken tours all over the world and... read more Andi/Go as Local hits everything you’re looking for in a guide/company:
-excellent communication while setting up the tour
-prompt arrival
-easygoing conversation
-highly knowledgeable about Albania, Kosovo, and the Balkans; enthusiastic about history; and insightful about the future of Albania
-tour was in clear, excellent English
-very clean, safe car and safe driving on the tour (there was both a guide and a driver which made the whole experience more relaxed)
-Prizren is lovely town with beautiful views and an interesting religious and political history
What really made the tour enjoyable was Andi’s small considerations - I was recovering from a broken ankle and there was a long, steep incline to the castle. Andi matched my slower pace, stopping along the way to point out sights and history. Passports aren’t generally stamped at the border but he asked if I’d like him to request a stamp as souvenir. He easily accommodated my request to stop by a post office. Knowing I had been to Kruje and Berat with another company that didn’t supply much information, he seamlessly added information about both cities into the Prizren tour, as much of the Balkans’ history is linked.
I highly recommend the Prizren tour, Go as Local in general, and Andi in particular. A highly professional company which made every aspect of the trip enjoyable.

You cannot get a better tour in Albania than this one nor a better guide than Goaslocal and Andi. Informative, flexible, friendly and helpful he also helped me a lot... read more by getting me through what is a slightly arduous trek on day 2 - especially for those of us with a fear of heights or ridge walks.
The scenery is as good as it gets anywhere I’ve travelled worldwide - and I’ve done a lot - the food is good and healthy, accommodation is good considering the remote locations with showers and even WiFi to post some pics online.
Andi was sufficiently flexible to pick me up and drop me at my location rather than a pre defined location and to assist me in many ways that were above and beyond the normal expectations for these types of tours answering many questions about future travel plans and costs in Albania and beyond. Cannot recommend this tour more highly but day two does require fitness and will be stressful in a couple of small parts if you are scared of heights so do be fully up front when booking.
