Our host Sindi was very informative and entertaining, and she was able to create a comfortable atmosphere for all of us to talk, socialize and enjoy the session. It felt almost like hanging out with friends. The food turned out fantastic, and great accommodations were made for people. As a bonus, the wine - which was made by her father - was also delicious! Our host, Cindi, not only taught us how to make traditional Albanian dishes, but also shared her culture and made us feel so welcome and at home. She was incredibly warm and friendly, and my husband and I loved meeting new friends from around the world.

We enjoyed our delicious homemade meals paired with Cindi’s father’s wonderful homemade wine, which we loved so much that we bought a bottle to enjoy during the rest of our travels through Albania, including Theth and Sarandë.

We’re already looking forward to taking another class with Cindi when we return to Albania. This was truly a special experience that we’ll remember for a long time!

Everything was very well organized, and our guide, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and made sure everyone was doing well throughout the trip. He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about the region, its history and culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
