From that point on there was a lot of conversation about various topics and it made the several hours drive to Montenegro a lot more enjoyable. Being with a local tour company who could speak the local language helped the border crossing go more smoothly. And as I was on a private tour, all the focus was on me and making sure I had the best trip possible. Andi and Kevi were very knowledgeable and each had their own good points. Andi was great about describing the history of the places we visited and he's a very talkative person in general and the sort of person who could get on well with everyone. Kevi was a great driver and was skilled at taking photos. The day was all positives with no negatives and I enjoyed the trip so much I will be booking another tour with them soon. …

In fact, he was very responsive throughout the entire planning process, and provided assurances as we got closer to our tour date, as we were not sure if there would be any restrictions placed back on Albania or the surrounding countries due to the difficulties with containing COVID-19. This excellent communication, by itself, was extremely important to me, as I have very high expectations with regard to communication and professionalism. Our communication experience was followed by wonderful professionalism and personal engagement throughout our time with Andi and our driver, Skerdi. We did two tours with Andi and Skerdi (Private Tour to Kosovo and Private tour to Northern Macedonia), and at the end of our trip, we added a third tour (to Shengjergji Waterfall and Bunk'Art), and Andi was willing to come down on the price to show his appreciation for us booking a third tour. Each tour was personalized, engaging, and enjoyable, and we highly recommend Andi and Go As Local to anyone wanting a quality and professional tour experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
