The adventure continues along the Riviera in a Historic Trip, known as the Julius Caesar Path. The same path was followed by the Roman Emperor in one of the Beatles. In addition, the adventure continues in the Albanian Alps with the Iconic Hiking Tour from Valbona to Theth and sailing along the Koman Lake Fjords. Both are also part of Peaks of the Balkans Tour and Via Dinarica.

In addition, the Classic Peaks of the Balkans Tour is an epic tour in the heart of the Balkans. Hiking along the Accursed Mountains or through via Dinarica resembles a journey into Albanian folk and into the “Mountain Fairies Garden”. Furthermore, we will stay with the locals at Alpine Villages and shepherd Houses. Apart from the stunning nature, you will learn more about the history, legend and the “Kanun“. There was so much versatility over the 4 days: boat trip in beautiful scenery, local villages, a dip in the “very” cold river, a testing hike with stunning views, waterfalls and local history, the lovely town/city of skhoder to discover, Delicious Albanian food, fresh spring water to drink (plus local wines and beers in abundance) and a soothing day paddle boarding discovering Albania’s bird life on beautiful rivers with swim stops. All in alI I could not fault the 4 days and would highly recommend this experience to get a real feel of Albania and it’s beautiful countryside and villages and people. Travel organisation for the whole group from pick up to dropping us back at our various hotels/Apparments was spot on. Andi goes that extra mile to make sure his group have an unforgettable experience. You just have to turn up at the designated time and Andi has everything else covered.

   Great cooking class! - This class is a MUST for anyone visiting Tirana, it was fun! Made several authentic Albanian dishes, excellent instruction from our host. Arrive with an appetite!

   Valbona is a very dreamy place that will change you in a GOOD way. It’s as beautiful as the Swiss Alps but the price won’t break the bank. Our 3... read more days with our guide Andi were worth remembering. We did amazing hikes, enjoyed beautiful sceneries, stayed in Jezerca’s beautiful cabin, and ate lots of amazing food! Andi is very fluent in English and always has an answer to every question. I call him a “walking encyclopedia” because he truly is.  He was also very patient and supportive to me and my cousin who aren’t experienced hikers. On our way back home, we passed by Prizren Kosovo which was a sweet way to end our wonderful trip.
