   Great experince in the City of Stones - Excellent trip of Gjirokaster with Skerdi. We really enjoyed his company and knowledge. It was the first trip in Albania and we really started in the best way possible.

   This was a brilliant afternoon. Sindi was a great tutor. We learned about the different types of traditional Albanian food and then cooked some delicious dishes. I couldn't pick my... read more favourite as they were all great. Sindi's father gave us some homemade wine which was lovely. We also tried hot and cold raki. You are provided with the recipes for the dishes you cook after and I will definitely be making them again. The course is also suitable for those with limited cooking skills as everything is explained well and are not too difficult. 
 
 The course is an absolute bargain. A wonderful afternoon. Don't hesitate to book.
