This is a corn flour pie dish of the village of Lazarat in Gjirokastëra county. An area is known for some typical traditional dishes that are preserved and prepared from generation to generation in every family of this village.
Preparations
After we have carefully cleaned the wild cabbage, cut them into smaller pieces and transfer them into a bowl of water to boil for a few minutes, until softened.
In a large cup, crack the 2 eggs, add milk and mix it well. In the same place add the olive oil, Flour, wild cabbage and season it with salt and a pinch of pepper.
Get a large baking tray and rub some butter on the surface and sprinkle some flour to prevent it from burning. Transfer the mass to the tray and bake it for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius Degree. It is traditionally paired with natural sheep or goat yogurt.
