Visiting Mauntain Dajti National Park

It’s uncommon to find a national park on the doorstep of a big city in Europe, so take advantage of the opportunity to go farther into the mountain range that defines Tirana’s eastern border. Take the path that connects Mount Dajti and Mount Tujani, which rises to 1,580 meters, if you truly want to go out and enjoy the natural environment here. If you’re a frequent hiker, you may climb to the top of this mountain, which is the tallest in the park. The vista from the summit is worth the effort, not least because it contains Lake Bovilla, a massive water reservoir. The high rocks that surround this lake give fantastic climbing opportunities.
